After registration, a sales advisor will contact you to schedule a meeting and a private project presentation. You can also view the apartment listings on our website and, for the first time in our market, select a property and pay for the reservation online.
After selecting the property, the sales advisor will prepare everything necessary for the reservation, including the Reservation Agreement and various payment methods for the reservation fee. You can also complete the property reservation on our website through online reservation and online payment.
Within the timeframe specified in the reservation agreement, the purchase agreement will be signed with the authorized notaries.
The payment of the purchase price will be made in installments. If you purchase the property at a specific stage of construction, the due installments will be paid as they become due, while the remaining balance will follow the defined payment schedule.
During the construction phase, we will periodically send you newsletters with details and photos of the project’s progress.
Once the completed building passes the final technical inspection and you pay the last installment, the handover of the property will take place, after which you can move into your home. At the same time, we will officially transfer the property ownership rights to you.
